FIGHTCLUB ON FOX
The mixed martial artist, Jim Miller from Whippany who has been known in the AMA Fight Club circuit will now be fighting on the network television from his home town.
This fight club artist managed to get back on a winning streak when he defeated Melvin Guillard on the very first Ultimate Fighting Championship card which was released on the FX Cable. His next match is scheduled with Nate Diaz which will be held on the FOX entertainment channel.
Ultimate Fighting Championship president Dana White confirmed the fight on his twitter account and has also tweeted saying that both of these Fight Club players are going to have numerous bonus awards. Diaz has already achieved three Submission of the Night award as well as five Fights of the Night bonuses.
Miller on the other hand has also achieved the Submission of the Night thrice. These bonuses and awards go on to help both the players as well as the Ultimate Fighting Championship in getting a large crowd to watch the match and hence in turn improve the ratings and popularity and set the money rolling in. The card has anyway been a third new deal with the Fox entertainment channel and Fight Club and President Dana White hope that it will turn out to be an immense success realizing the worth of the players fighting the match.
This match is definitely going to make a lot of future openings for the Fight Club as well as Ultimate Fighting Championship authorities and they might have future projects lined up with Fox entertainment channel themselves if the ratings go sufficiently high and keep the profits rolling in. UFC has also got permission to telecast the show a few days later and hence can make their profit margins from there as well.
